Unfortunately we had no hot water at all during our stay, despite trying many times at all hours of the day/night. Front staff was beyond amazing!

If you are expecting a typical Best Western these one dose not meet the usual standards. Beds are in need of real int and they don’t offer up much in the way of pillows either. The hallways are so narrow it’s hard to push the luggage cart.
