Overall was a good experience. One of the legs on my bed broke as i was sitting on the edge of the bed. I told the staff at reception about it and they were able to fix it on the same day while we were out.

The staff were mostly pleasant, especially the breakfast servers - they engaged with the patrons and kept the food full right upnuntil the end of breakfast. The older Irish (i think!) lady was so genuine she madenus feel.so welcomed and appreciated. The elevators are rough and scary..I was honestly concerned they would stop working! The covered parking was a bonus since we had a hail storm during our visit!

Parking wasn't great as it was outdoor and bit of a walk to park the Car and indoor is also too short when you drive-in. Need to stop multiple times before getting into parking to see whether it touches the floor or not

Good reasonably priced hotel. Clean and a great pub/casino on site. Would recommend as a central location to access Calgary, go to Drumheller and head out to Banff, Lake Louise with lower cost of hotels in more tourist towns. Very busy time of year with summer plans and the Stampede. It was a good break from the hustling crowds at all these spots.
