« The room was smelling cigarette, so the lady at the reception gave us very gentlely another one. Breakfast closing time at 9am is really too early. Breakfast is very simple : not much choices, low quality of things to eat. Should really improve that for a BW. »

« Room was filthy. Toilet was clogged and we had to go ask for toilet paper. Tv was unplugged and water was shut off to the sink. The microwave only had one knob that worked. There was also a wet plastic bag and wet toilet paper wadded up in the shower. Took the staff an hour after we checked in to resolve any of the issues. »
