"Great stay. Lively but also calm quiet area with several walkable places to eat. Only negative to offer is that the room needed more lighting. We had a water pipe inexplicably burst under our sink at 11 at night. Called front desk and maintenance arrived quickly and guest services moved us to another room. Recognizing that accidents happen, I applaud the hotel’s redd ads pines and handling. "

"As a graphic designer, I admire all the signage and details of The Sparrow. Super hip and modern. The room was perfect. All the nice amenities of the bright orange mini-fridge & water kettle to make warm beverages. Medina (front desk clerk) went way beyond to assist me. I injured my knee so she helped me load my luggage & bags on a trolley to take up to my room as I parked. The private parking lot was right there. The outdoor area is nice and the coffee shop was surprisingly tasty and convenient. They are building a huge hotel across the street but construction didn’t bug me. I didn’t try out free gym access but will next time. Highly recommend the fun and clean hotel. “Put a bird on it” Portlandia"

"The hotel was in a quiet area, but close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Not flashy but a good value for the money. "

"Although it wasn't a Ada room, the bathroom was plenty big enough. And so was the shower, grab handles would be beneficial inside the shower, not just for AD. A people, but for others as well. The breakfast downstairs in the morning was excellent, good variety. And the omelet chef was phenomenal, my dad really loved it."

"We will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, super convenient location and great staff. My only suggestion is that the bath towels were almost threadbare and made it feel like a much cheaper hotel. Also, the complimentary shampoo was terrible. We’ll be back but I’ll bring my own shampoo."
