"I made reservations online from the US through Travelocity. Upon arriving at the hotel, they could not locate my reservation. After almost 30 minutes, they stated that they could not honor the rate I was charged and for which I had paid Travelocity already and tried to charge me more. I spoke to the Manager and after almost an hour, I placed an international call to Travelocity, USA and they called the hotel and straightened things out. "I couldn't even spend a night in this hotel. Everything about it was a nightmare. From the welcoming and very rude girl at the front desk, to bad with Steen's all over to very dirty badroo m with brown ,yellow, and green tolets
Outside was no security what so ever. I had to leave immediately for my personal safety."
