"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! The cleaning staff were amazing and very thoughtful for my birthday they added balloons and bubbles to drink. This hotel is very centrally located and the best spot to enjoy the beach and port. "For the price it was not even close to being worth it. No room service, amenities closed by 9, it would be fine if price reflected what you’re getting. Everything is extra from drinks to beach seating. Only serve breakfast and dinner. No room service."
