We didn’t partake in €12 pp breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant on 5th floor with sea views and an amazing astroturf roof terrace on 6th floor with lots of seating -again a really lovely surprise. All in all I couldn’t work out why the Trip advisor reviews were so bad, we had a lovely time!" A/C works very well. Owner should provide better info on how to use équipement at check in (or post on équipement) offer a start basket (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). And provide larger garbage bins - as guests have to carry all to the city. With the luxury of the house, some basics should be provided at first. There are only 4 bedrooms - the 5th bed is on a tinny and opened mezzanine. The 4th bedroom is separate from the rest of the house, on a much lower level. Like a « honeymoon suite ». There is no access to the sea - you cannot swim in front of the house. But the views and sunsets are incredible. From the house, pool and coves.
