In a seafront residence, 2-room apartment, recently renovated, facing West, unobstructed view of the residence and a small sea view, with a capacity of 2 people and an area of approximately 48m² on the 6th floor with elevator. The apartment includes: an entrance with large storage cupboard, a living room (with a flat screen TV and a hi-fi system) opening onto a balcony facing West and a small sea view, an independent kitchen (with a refrigerator, a combined oven/microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, a dishwasher and a washing machine), hallway serving a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower and electric towel dryer) and separate toilets. The rental provides a garage in the basement. Pets are accepted in this rental. This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays).
