"This property has the potential to be a great house, but unfortunately it was extremely dirty upon arrival. The floors were so sticky that my feet stuck to them with every step, and I had to keep my shoes on for the entire stay. There were mouse droppings throughout the house, including on the countertops, in the bedrooms, and under the beds. Even after we cleaned them up, more would reappear.The home also appeared to have been poorly cleaned between guests. There were clumps of hair throughout the house, and when we moved the couch to look for my son’s watch, we found leftover items from previous guests, including a balloon, food wrappers, chapstick, and phone chargers hidden under furniture and mixed in with the dirt.Additionally, several basic supplies that were listed in the rental description were missing. After I mentioned there were no cups available, the hosts did bring some over, which I appreciated. They also offered to cancel our reservation after I raised these concerns, but we were in town for a wedding and only needed a place to sleep, so changing accommodations was not practical.We did not spend much time in the house during the day and did not eat there because of the cleanliness issues. With proper cleaning and maintenance, this property could be much better, but our experience was disappointing due to the condition of the home.They offered to give us the cleaning fee back, but then made up lies that we left the house dirty and refused. "

"Overall, a very good stay. It’s a good place to stay with kids. Great communication. I thought the check-in was a bit later than standard and the whole bit on sending an ID and how may are staying, visitors, etc was a bit much. Otherwise, a great stay"

"The House itself was good. The yard desperately needed mowed. There was cobwebs throughout the upstairs. But it was functional for our event. I would recommend for anyone to stay there. It was decently clean."

"The motorized blackout window shade in the room was not working - they sent a maintenance guy but he couldn’t fix it - so the room was like a dungeon - dark with no decent lighting except in the bathroom."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location very much! The host was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had! The home was beautiful, clean, and true to advertised description. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home had a country feel despite being minutes from area attractions, which we love!!! My parents live in the middle of nowhere so quiet is important to them and this location did not disappoint!The check in and out process was very easy. We were very pleased with the entire stay and process!! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay and experience!!!"

"The house is beautiful and really clean. Perfect location- quiet, yet close to stores, restaurants, etc. Chad was quick to respond and really kind and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here- we absolutely loved it. It was a really easy commute to Elevation Church, too. Such a blessing- God is good!"
