"The room itself is esthetically nice looking and is well equipped. However, my stay was horrible as there was constant noise nuisance that did not let me sleep. The room is not insolated at all from noise coming from within the building. There is a nightclub on the gf, a construction project below the room and you can hear everything happening in the lobby. Nothing of these were mentioned in the publication. Moreover, and contrary to what is listed, there is no parking on premises (one of the reasons for my booking initially). Costumer service did nothing to resolve, they kept trying to justify themselves and ended up ignoring me at end. I left a week before my stay ended and booked a new place because I could not get any sleep."

"Being very objective: the staff is very helpful and nice, but the hotel is clearly not of a 5* standard; rather a 3.5-4*, as previous customers said. The rooms are visually nice, but not that clean, the window isolation is horrible, you hear the cara all night. The overall rating shouldn't be more than 7.5/10. Way too expensive for the quality. And breakfast absolutely horrible... no even joghurt available. I should have trusted the previous ratings."
