Wattperle Vacation Home – Your Cozy Vacation Getaway on the North Sea<br><br>New starting in 2026: Sustainable vacations with your own electricity generation!<br>Our vacation home features a modern balcony solar power system with a 2.7 kWh battery storage unit. This allows us to generate part of the electricity we need ourselves—the refrigerator & other appliances run largely on self-generated solar power during the day.<br><br>New as of July 2026: Modern split-system air conditioner<br>Our new, whisper-quiet split-system air conditioner in the open living and kitchen area provides even more comfort. It cools the house down comfortably on hot summer days and can also be used for quick heating on cooler evenings. When the doors are open, the cool air spreads into the adjacent rooms as well.<br><br>Welcome to the Wattperle<br>Our lovingly renovated vacation home is located on a quiet side street in the Fedderwardersiel vacation park and has been available since spring 2022 for up to 5 people plus one toddler.<br><br>To ensure you feel right at home from the moment you arrive and can enjoy the healthy North Sea climate, we’ve modernized the Wattperle with great attention to detail and equipped it with every comfort.<br><br>Sleeping Arrangements<br>There are two bedrooms on the upper floor:<br>- one bedroom with a double bed<br>- one bedroom with two single beds<br>Another bedroom on the first floor has a single bed.<br>All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV. Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.<br><br>Living Area and Kitchen<br>The first floor features an open-concept kitchen, the living and dining areas, and a bathroom with natural light.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes, among other things:<br>- Induction cooktop<br>- Oven<br>- Range hood<br>- Dishwasher<br>- Microwave<br>- Toaster<br>- Refrigerator with freezer compartment<br>- Ample dishes, glasses, and cutlery<br><br>The living and dining area is perfect for relaxing and features:<br>- Cozy sofa corner<br>- Smart TV<br>- DAB radio with CD and USB capabilities<br>- large dining table<br>- a collection of games for all ages<br><br>You can use the free Wi-Fi connection to log in to your own Netflix, Prime Video, or other streaming accounts. If needed, you can also connect game consoles to the TVs using your own cables.<br><br>Bathroom<br>The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with:<br>- a spacious shower (120 × 90 cm)<br>- a toilet<br>- a sink with mirror<br>- a hair dryer<br>- a washer-dryer<br>- convenient storage options<br><br>Garden and Outdoor Area<br>The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax and play:<br>- fenced-in, covered patio with seating<br>- lawn with a barbecue area<br>- nest swing<br>- sandbox<br><br>You can safely store your bicycles in the garden shed. Sun loungers, seat cushions, a portable changing table, and some toys are also available there.<br><br>The vacation home comes with two parking spaces, one of which is right next to the house.<br><br>Family-friendly amenities<br>We provide the following free of charge for our young guests:<br>- Travel crib, including an extra mattress<br>- High chair<br><br>Heating<br>The old night storage heaters have been completely replaced with modern electric storage heaters.<br><br>Utility Costs<br>Electricity, water, sewage, and heating are billed based on consumption as determined by meter readings and will be deducted from your security deposit after your departure.<br><br>Pets<br>One pet may be brought along for an additional fee.
