Nos merveilleux cottages à Burt

« It was a nice stay »

« Inspected the room upon check in. The bed sheets and spread were both stained. The carpet was severely stained. The toilet was not secured to floor, had a piece of wood wedged under it and wobbled front to back and side to side. Contacted the manager on duty and mentioned the condition of the space. He acknowledged everything as known issues as the norm. He even offered that all of their sheets were stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to...

« Wow, en arrivant et voyant l'état de décrépitude du motel, je ne serais jamais arrêté là pour louer une chambre. Tout aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Lit propre et confortable. Il y aurait lieu de jeter les serviettes trouées ou tachées. »

« Shower did not have any hot water. Let it run for 20 min lol and barely a trickle »

« The room was clean and nice. The hotel was easy to get to and with in walking distance to the attractions on Main St. »

« I would recommand when in michigan. »

Rien à voir avec les hôtels Sprinhill aux tonalités bleu et vert anis…chambre propre, literie très confortable, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner parfait. »

« Issues started with check-in, as the staff was confused by the Expedia billing receipt I showed them. The ice machine and vending area on our floor was being renovated (this is a fairly new building, but cheaply constructed). We received a handicap room on the end corner, on the third floor. All night long we could hear everyone around us and the street noise was terrible. We each got about four hours of sleep. The handicap shower leaked all over the bathroom floor (we showered standing...
