"The pool had way too much chlorine in it, although my kids loved being in it, when they came back to the room they ended up feeling like their skin was burning and super itchy and my 9 year old daughter had some issues with her female parts because of the chlorine. You could smell it in the air. There was also no supervision in the pool area either, parents did a bad job of keeping watch of their children. And I don't know if it had to do with where our room was (floor level right next to an exit) but there were kids and people screaming up and down the halls until at least 10pm-11pm. Other then that it was okay. Staff was super nice. The manager at the front desk was great. Overall it was okay!"

"Just a bunch of unemotional staff. Always felt kine just another nimber or at times a burden to the staff. Shuttle drivers were great! Everyone else was terrible. Restaurant was iver priced and staff was not friendly. Rooms were very clean."

"Extra fees of 100$ when i got there no food to buy everything from ice cream sandwiches hot food they offer like pizza and tacos was missing hottub is blocked off by wood mot working was supposed to get 2 queens felt like 2 twins instead"
