Palais à Burlington

« Le personnel était tres accueillant et disponible. La propreté etait bonne sans pouvoir dire excellente. Unnpetit lifting ne nuirait pas... »

« Communication with Sean was great. The property had everything we needed on our stay. It was nice that we didn't bring or even need to go get a bunch of odds and ends, because they were provided. Tons of lounging spots, which was great with our teenage daughters lol. We would definitely stay again. »

« The bathroom was super tiny. Our toilet seat was loose, and it took two requests and we had to assist in the repair. Front desk man fixed it. Breakfast was good. We were in town for a wedding. »

« Répondais a mes besoins et correspondais au prix . »

« Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay »

« Great location across from the lake so we could walk every place we wanted to visit. Right on the lakeshore path and near wonderful restaurants »

« Motel propre et bon accueil. »

« Everything was great, including the rooms! So happy I drove from Chicago to this place because it is probably the most clean one that I’ve ever been to. »

« Overall had a great stay. The breakfast layout and pool area are lovely and well thought out. The office staff and shop also very nice. We easily rented bikes one day right from the hotel and had a fun time biking to the beach and around. The Asian restaurant and stores next to the hotel were super helpful for some late dinners and buying a few things we didn’t know we needed. Being our first trip to Key West there were many fun surprises and quirks of the island. The only truly unpleasant one...

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« We stayed Oct 16, 2026 and the lady behind the check area was the best employee I have ever encountered. I regret not getting her name. We had a special situation and she helped us out tremendously and wanted to give her a shoutout. Please go back and review who worked that afternoon at 3:30 pm and let me know her name. »

« Really wonderful room suite! Kitchen, bath, sleeping area and sitting area were beautifully modern style. Fireplace was great on a damp rainy night. Walking distance to shopping and other food/drink establishments. Friendly reception staff. »
