"Overall, our stay at the Sandman was convenient and comfortable. The room was cleaned well, but showed some signs of wear, including peeling wallpaper and the front panel of the A/C unit was loose. The amenities are great, including a nice hot-tub and pool. Please be aware that there is a $250.00 deposit, which is $100 more than we paid for our one-night stay. Not a deterrent necessarily, but certainly something to be aware of. I would stay at this property again."

"The room was clean but we didn't have enough linens at the beginning. I had to call for additional linens. Also the coffee maker was not working. But when I called for a replacement machine, I was told to go to the restaurant and get coffee there instead. I don't think anybody would like to go to the restaurant downstairs just to get coffee or hot water for tea when you're on 6th floor. It's just a little inconvenient."

"Made a reservation for a king bed and when we arrived there were only 2 queen bed rims available. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. They comped our dinner and we enjoyed a nice meal at the restaurant on site. The property and room were nice and clean. The staff were very helpful."
