"Al momento de realizar la reserva se nos informó que el desayuno tipo buffet estaba incluido. Sin embargo, cuando bajamos al restaurante del hotel nos indicaron que no estaba incluido y que debíamos pagarlo aparte, lo cual fue una sorpresa desagradable. Además, las instalaciones del hotel se encuentran bastante antiguas y necesitan mantenimiento. También tuvimos inconvenientes con la primera habitación asignada, ya que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación. Aunque el personal intentó solucionar algunos de los inconvenientes, la experiencia en general no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Espero que mejoren la comunicación sobre los servicios incluidos y realicen renovaciones en las instalaciones."
