"A well maintained, beautiful house. The yard is not large but has a nice swimming pool and a gorgeous old tree that provides excellent shade from the hot sun. The hosts are thoughtful, responsive and nice. They made efforts to help us in every possible way. We had a very nice vacation there."

"We've just returned from a lovely week at Villa Zaneta. Alen was a very welcoming host and made sure we were very comfortable - arrived to find a gorgeous homemade fruit tart in the fridge, along with some other treats! Accommodation very clean and spacious with excellent aircon in all rooms. Kitchen and BBQ area fully equipped with everything you'd need to self-cater. Small shop in village short walk away for baked goods, fresh milk, fruit and veg and lots of Istrian goodies. Supermarket 15...

"Un très bon séjour passé dans la maison Zvana. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique et bien agencé, avec des transats et une terrasse qui permet de prendre les repas à l'ombre. La région est magnifique avec la belle ville de Rovinj, et le Limski Fjord tout proche et ses allures de Norvège. Doriano est très attentif et disponible pour ses invités. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances."

"Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in dieser schönen und toll ausgestatteten Wohnung Verbracht. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und alles ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Blick von den Balkonen auf das Meer und über das Wäldchen ist einfach nur schön. Und das Beste ist, dass immer ein Lüftchen vom Meer her ging."

"Wir waren für ganze zwei Wochen in der Villa zu Gast. Die Anlage sowie das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man so im Haushalt benötigt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Bei Fragen waren sie auch gleich vor Ort und halfen gerne."

"Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine wunderbare Lage,eine phantastische Terrasse mit Panoramablick,toller Garten mit Pool Bereich.Das Haus sehr grosszügig in der Zimmeraufteilung,jedoch leider auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Badezimmer gehören dringend renoviert ,ebenso die Fenster und Balken.Auch Sauberkeit in den Bädern hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. In Summe gesehen hatten wir aber wunderschöne Ferientage und fühlten uns sehr wohl.Nette und bemühte Gastgeber!"
