Initially upon checking in there was good communication about which room we were in and how to get in with the QR codes. After that communication ended. I tried emailing and calling the numbers I had with no response. We also tried using the hot tub on the top floor but doors were locked, we couldn’t find a way to request access for anything upstairs. The room was decent but nothing special. We were really hoping to get late check out or even just leave our bags with a front desk but because there was never anyone at the front desk or that returned my messages - we ended up having to pay for storage at a facility for part of the day. I think this is more of an apartment building than a hotel at this point. The area outside of here was ok and walkable but I’d prob stay somewhere else if I visited again.

am writing this review following an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. The online check-in system is simply not operational. I spent several hours trying to obtain the access codes, sending messages that received replies only after long delays, sometimes hours, and with phone numbers that did not work. There is no written procedure explaining how to retrieve the codes, and no clear instructions from the hotel at all. Access to the room required payment of a small tourist tax, yet the hotel’s system to process this payment repeatedly failed. Without payment, no code could be generated — and even after many attempts, the system was still full of bugs. When I finally received a code, it was incorrect. I arrived around 10:30 p.m., waited for hours without assistance, and ended up having to find and pay for another hotel at the very last minute. My partner, who reached the hotel earlier, was also left waiting outside for hours, late at night, in Buenos Aires — a situation that was both stressful and unsafe. We requested reimbursement for the additional night we had to book elsewhere, but the hotel has not responded to this day. This experience was unacceptable. A hotel that does not ensure basic access, communication, or guest safety cannot be considered reliable. I am now seeking legal action to recover the losses caused by this negligence.

No brindan servicio de Apart-Hotel. No existe atención ni recepción. Solo un conserje virtual. Me asignaron una habitación en 1er piso, el ascensor no funcionaba y el acceso era por escalera de servicio, oscura y sucia. El primer día la atención fue por e-mail, muy irregular. Luego de reclamar por un problema en la rodilla, me cambiaron de habitación a PB. No elegí un departamento, elegí un apart-hotel.

Um lugar excelente

O apartamento é super bem localizado, em um bairro tranquilo, mas possível ir a pé a vários pontos turísticos de interesse. Também é uma região com muitos cafés, restaurantes e mercados. O apartamento é bem equipado e tem serviço de limpeza. Nossa experiência foi ótima. Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Contrate un servicio para 3 personas. El check in era a partir de las 15 y la cama no estaba hecha. Mi hija dirmia en un sillon q no se hacia cama. Pedi una almohada como la gente y me dijeron q no había. Pedi 1 toalla.mas porque me dieron 2 y me la negaron. Nunca cambiaron toallones. Estuve alojada 3 dias y nunca limpiaron el departamento. El agua caliente es por termotanque pequeño. Para ducharse habia q esperar un buen tiempo q calentara el agua.

Great place in a great location across from a little park with many stores, cafes and restaurants around. A block off of busy Santa Fe avenue but no noise whatsoever.

La cama en vez de tener sábana ajustable, tenía dos sábanas de 1 plazas superpuestas y no tenia cubrecolchon. La kitcknet no tenia esponja ni detergente tampoco escurridor de platos. Tampoco un basurero. El acero de la alzada estaba muy sucio. No tiene servicio de limpieza diario. En el balcón hay dos sillas pero ninguna mesa donde apoyar un vaso siquiera.
