"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had to get a last-minute room since the hotel around the corner had a broken elevator and broken van so they couldn’t take me to the airport. They were very accommodating to me."

"The rooms were dirty and nasty. The tub had slime and yellow stuff in it. The bed was horrible and bedding dirty. The blankets had someone’s hair all over it. I called to check out the next day even though I had it booked and now fighting to get a refund. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to and I have traveled a lot!!! I will never again stay there and I will tell my large business to not use your business again due to these issues and lack of concern or willing to make this right. "

"Room was lovely. Very little staff. Pool closed in am for deep clean. No hot tub for the last 3 years. Wood missing on several side railings including ours. The grounds were beautiful and decorated for Easter with many lights. So much potential here but need maintenance to improve. It was a Sunday night so maybe that is part of the issue. "
