Very clean and comfortable hotel. As a small observation, the bed was making strange sounds, it did not have the screws tightened properly. But overall it was a pleasant experience.

It was better than expected based on reviews. Decent breakfast and wifi. Gym needs maintenance. There was no housekeeping.
I changed my second to another hotel!! No reception after 8 pm until 8am. The Room was not what i payed 3months before!!! Bugs.... At 7 AM a lot of noise from people leaving and at 9am the 2 cleaners did a lot of noise talking loud... Expedia didn't help nothing and made me lose of time talking with about 11 persons that este always asking the same... They offer me a cupon but never arrived because they realize 14h Later that i should call expedia ireland... Incredible how people doesn't understand what is traveling... Maybe with lawers they Will understand...
It was a decent stay. I was with my boyfriend and a disabled sister. The ramp to the hotel would be impossible to climb without his help. Door frame to the bathroom too narrow for the wheelchair, not even a stool under the shower. The receptionist very nice, speaks English but only she does. Would stay there again but without my disabled sister.

I make the reservation i go where the hostel supose to be and it was closed. I ring the bell nobody, I called them nobody answer so until 2am in the morning i was trying to find somewhere else available place around Bucharest just to spend the night. So not professional. Dont go there guys they are not serious!

Dear customer, we are sorry for your experience, but unfortunately I am sure that there is an confusion regarding your story. We have an 24h reception and no bell to ring at. We never received such a comment so Ia have to believe that you went to another place. Sorry
the only good was the price.it was very economical. the rooms was not clean and in 3 days i was there they didnt clean the bathrooms(was shared bathrooms and i knew it).the tv in the room not had channels. also i always listen every voice from the next rooms. finally when i made check in ,the person in the reception never gave us the free wifi passport.

We were put in the Hostel wings, shared ablutions, 3 of the party of 4 experienced bites after sleeping.
There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room, miles from anywhere had to eat in the hotel next door, don’t go here.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. The lady serving breakfast was very pleasant and the lady on reception was very helpful. A taxi into town is about 4 euro, but you need to use local currency.

- odpadające kafelki pod prysznicem,
- o wspólnych łazienkach było wiadomo - ale dlaczego one nie miały zamknięcia?
- w pokojach powinna być wg opisu suszarka - nie było jej
- ja rozumiem że to hostel, ale na pewno nie były to pokoje ze zdjęcia
