« The bathrooms could use some upgrades and attention to detail. The bathroom fan had not been cleaned in a while and mold was starting in the bathroom. Please upgrade your pillows …. They are too small for a king size bed »

« Clean and good rooftop bar »

« The staff in the lodge was super friendly! We stayed in cabin 60. It was absolutely adorable. That was only six months old as of November 2026.Screamed in porch looking over the woods. very clean provided soap and shampoo. Very peaceful would highly recommend it!!!! Everything was super cute. Had two bedrooms and a loft, they had multiple games for us to play. »

« Office staff was friendly enough but the room had an unpleasant vomit smell, the water temperature was lukewarm at best, and the beds were very uncomfortable. »

« Hotel propre et situé sur une route fréquentée, ce qui engendre un peu de bruit. Chambre de grande taille, propre. Décoration un peu surannée comme tous les hôtels US. Un peu bruyant à cause des autres clients qui prennent le frais sur la coursive, et des ces portes de communication entre chambres. Petit-déjeuner lamentable dans une salle exiguë au possible. Best Western pourrait mieux faire. Une nuit OK, plus cela demande des efforts... »

« The Mallard Hotel faces a beautiful mountain view! There is no staff on-site. No lobby or personnel. You can text the Hotel number and get any questions answered in a few minutes. The room air conditioner was on and cooling very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We loved the weight of the covers, not too light, not too heavy. The King room has a small kitchen sink counter area with a modern refrigerator. Coffee pot with amenities. There is a hair dryer and clothes steamer in...

« La zone de la rue qui va a l’hotel A partir de la route principale n’etait Pas éclairée, ceci rendait difficile l’acces A l’hotel »

« Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. »

« Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...

« Front desk and breakfast Staff was very helpful. Location was GREAT. Breakfast had good selection. Room was dirty. Definitely not cleaned properly. Tub was dirty and lots of hairs. Carpets in room definitely need replacing. If room was clean I’d have given a much better rating because it is a good value for the price. But even affordable hotels should be clean »

« The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing! »
