« The lobby, check in area was dark and no one was at the desk.
We paid for a deluxe room with 1 queen bed when I booked our stay, got a room with 2 small beds. The room was updated and clean but not what I paid for.
I would appreciate a credit of $13.98. Which is the difference in the two totals.
