"After checkin , I went back to the front desk to ask for 2 more shampoo . I was told that I can have only ONE What??????"

"Pam, the receptionist when we checked in, was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant. She let us know that we could get a breakfast bag to go for the next morning. We never knew that was an option when we stayed at this hotel previously. The pool temperature was VERY cold! I did swim, but not for long."

"No in room coffee? Had to ask front desk for fold out couch linens. Why not stored in room? Plenty of space. Bathroom needs exhaust fan"

"Host did not disclose that the property is supplied by well water until the day before check-in. Said we would need to conserve water down to not flushing the toilet too often. When we arrived the water was visibly dirty, coming out of the faucet brown. The only filter on the water system was rated to remove silt, not any pathogens or contaminants. We decided not to stay, host refused any refund and insisted there was no problem. If there is not continuous testing and proper treatment this water could be contaminated with animal waste, pesticides, heavy metals, you name it. Especially with farm land so close. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. "
