It was 3am I made a reservation and was told she could not check in until 3pm, then at 3pm was told I needed to be present in order for her to check in sooooo, they sat in the heat in the the car and at the auto shop all day, was never able to check in, I was not able to get my money back or even modify the reservation. The person that answered the phone was rude and my wife and grandchild was stranded hours away from home"
