"Shower didn’t work. Had to shower in my sisters room. Light bulb out in lamp. Very dark in room. Night clerk tried to give me small decorative bulb! “That’s all we have.” My sisters room the doorknob pin fell off and she was locked in until her husband returned. Phone did not work in her room"

"When you pay for room management needs to have their water running at all times making sure that it has enough hot water, not cold water and cannot take a shower at all"

"This was a poor place to stay. No one gave me an internet code but when I got it, it did not work. The tv did not work due to not having been set up completely (“it is new”) and no one on site could figure it out either! There is no phone in the room to call the desk for help with anything. The breakfast was awful, only carbohydrates like rolls, cereal, and biscuits with gravy (????!!!!). Avoid this place. Sadly I have booked one more night next month when I work in the area & it is non refundable. That sucks."
