"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"

"Cheap location for a place to stay for a night, shops nearby. Initially when checking in asked for payment when had already been paid through hotel.com was sorted once I pulled receipts up. Stayed 1 night just to sleep "

"The room was very clean and bright and spacious and I was unaware of any noise from other guests despite being on the 4th floor (of 5) There was some noise outside the hotel - parties/music in the evenings at the weekend and a children’s school on Monday morning but these were just normal residential noises which I quite enjoyed. I would stay here again"

"Despite stating free parking, there is none. Otherwise was fine for stay. Breakfast was great and room comfortable and clean. "

"It is not a hotel. It is like an apartment. I had to stay there because I could not cancel it 6 days before my arrival. Their policy about cancellation 7 days before the arrival or you get 90 percent charged was unbelieveable. It is 20 mins far from the closest S-Bahn station. It takes about one hour for you to get to the main train station. The breakfast, their coffee, the room where the breakfast was served… nothing was Ok!"
