"I really have no complaints on the facility and staff - they were great. Very polite. My only complaint was that returning to our room one night it reeked of Marijuana. We thought someone hd been in there smoking. We were told by the Jovan and that the person in the next room was smoking it. They spayed our room and brought fresh towels. The next night it still had a strong smell, especially in the bathroom. I don't smoke cigarettes or pot and I don't care that someone does. We just do not want to smell it in our room. We kept towels on the floor below the adjoining room door. I feel the staff tried their best to take care of the problem. After the second day the smell was gone. We really enjoyed our stay there!"

"The property is stunning and beautifully appointed. The lobby is warm and inviting. We sat in front of the fireplace to relax. The front desk manager graciously accommodated our early check in request. And she was friendly and helpful with directing up to various restaurants. Our room was super clean with lots of space. The beds and pillows were dreamy! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options—All freshly prepared! This was a great travel experience and stay."
