Great location for a hotel and friendly & helpful staff. Magnetic key cards are poor and kept failing meaning having to go back down to get a new one. Group of 4 rooms and this happened for everyone multiple times. Sort it out!!!
Right in the city centre, just a few steps from the harbour!
Beautiful old building but with a classic modern interior. Ideal location for Bristol and particularly the waterfront.
Friendly and helpful staff Not much closet space. Not a lot of light in the room
The room and the bathroom were spavious, bed was comfortable, breakfast was also good.
Love the spa and love that it’s such a hidden 1 underground felt so relaxed after was nice to go up to room and sleep after also they were so kind to upgrade my room as I thought the 1 I was staying in wasn’t clean to my standards but I was so greatful the room was perfect they moved me to, it’s ...
Excellent location, decor and style of the hotel. Staff member on check-in not particularly welcoming and didn't provide any information other than room number.
Nice big family rooms. Great for kids. We enjoyed our stay.
Really short stay, we spent very little time at the hotel. Cookie on arrival was a nice touch, brave having nuts in though. Breakfast was ok, but not much in the way of eggs, but that might have been timing. Well priced and central, free parking would have been appreciated.
