"Fridge didn't work. TV only got about 6 channels, only 1 was viewable, the ithers were all snowy. Breakfast was a choice of bagel or white bread. No coffee, no juice, no other options. Beds were terrible, we tossed and turned all night. AC kept shutting off. No wifi. Cheap as dirt, but still not worth it. "

"There is apparently no elevator in this hotel and we did not know that when booking it. My mom has difficulty walking up and down stairs and we would not have stayed there had we known this ahead of time. The room was not clean: the walls were visibly dirty with old “food” running down them and stuck to them and the bedding was stained. There were three of us booked into the room and we only received 2 bath towels. I asked for more at the desk and she said they were out of clean towels but did say I could leave our dirty ones and she would wash them. The problem was that we needed them to shower and they weren’t dirty at that time and couldn’t wait in between the showers for them to be washed and dried and returned. I was able to get some the next morning when I stopped at the desk after breakfast though. The lady working the buffet was not exactly nice and while my 10 year old daughter was in the middle of making her waffles, she told her at least 5 times to put her dirty cups in the trash before she was even done. Overall, the experience was very “just okay”. We will definitely not reserve this hotel when we are in town next time."
