"Property is amazing. They have a wonderful staff. The restaurant has fantastic food. We did have to wait for it but the service was great. The room was little out dated. No smart TV. The hot tub was at 100 degrees and was full of kids. The beach is fantastic. Was great location enjoyed just sitting and relaxing around the property."

"No grab bars in the shower so a challenge. The furniture needs some renovation but the hotel is good. Very good breakfast included in the cost of the room. Very nice room. Good staff at reception and the bar. No outside deck but very good value for money and the location is great"

"Very nice experience Easy check in Room was clean Only reason i didnt rate higher was bc i have NO water pressure (I could not even shower). My husband tried the shower a different time and was able to so likely too many people in the building using water when i tried?? But that was not a great addition to the experience."

"The hotel was perfectly located (next to Casa del Sol) and in walking distance to Mountain Mist. The breakfast was a complete rounded selection between healthy and yummy. In our room we had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There’s an indoor pool with an outdoor patio. About 1/2 mile away is an Aldi and a dollar store. Great for families making their own meals. We went to LaBella’s and Casa; both winners. I will be back. Love Saranac Lake and this hotel."

"We had a lake view room that was nice. The shower had a rain head and a separate handheld. The pools were great. The hot tub was always full of people. The paddle boards and kayaks available were available and easy to use. The free WiFi was not great. It wasn’t strong enough to do basic tasks for any period of time such as scrolling social media or searching the web. Riley was awesome. She helped at check in and was one of the friendlier staff members we encountered. Lots of children at the hotel."

"Room was nice and was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower gel needed to be filled. Pool was way to warm and not refreshing. Rarely saw someone at the front desk when we went by , but everywhere we went in the area seemed to be short staffed. Would stay here again if we returned to the area."

"OK, look, it's not new. Nothing there is pristine, like at the Hilton I stayed at in the week before I stayed at the Ashley. However, my room was clean, the towels were plentiful, the bed was comfortable. There is a welcoming, neighborly feel about the whole property. I would definately book another stay. Indeed, I probably will do so soon."
