Provo River Cabin: Nestled on the Provo River, come enjoy this stunning cabin

"Absolutely loved our stay at this Provo River cabin. The setting was absolutely stunning — peaceful, relaxing, and right on the river with beautiful mountain views. It felt secluded and cozy while still being close enough to Provo, restaurants, and activities for the whole family.The cabin itself was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved spending evenings outside by the river and mornings enjoying coffee with the sound of the water. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.Our host was wonderful — responsive, thoughtful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. This place created so many great memories for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway with easy access to outdoor activities, fishing, and family fun!"

"Incredible place in the canyon that feels extremely private. The hosts are super helpful and really go out of their way to make the experience amazing. A ton to explore and beautiful scenery/antiques. It almost feels like a private museum walking around the property. We will be returning in the future, thanks again!"

"I take our six adult children for a siblings weekend annually. We used this cabin last year and loved it. We plan to continue to use it annually. We love playing games around the table - just hanging out. We love doing a hike along the nearby river. It is peaceful and relaxing."

"****The description of the property is very misleading and some of the amenities DO NOT work or function**** Horrible experience, money wasted, DO NOT RECOMMEND*****Check-in and instructions from the host at the beginning were great. After finding out that the upstairs fireplace is only decor, not functional, that was the first let down. We chose to stay at this property (Mother's Day weekend) over another one due to the availability of the jetter hot tub - the headline states it, the description states it but unfortunately for us it did not work! We notified the host immediately and they did not apologize initially - yet we became their troubleshooting service technician. We stayed two nights and NEVER were able to use it. HUGE let down and they got a service person to come around 9 pm the evening before our check out. This is the main frustration about our particular stay - the others were it was quite chilly those nights so the use of the upstairs fireplace would have been nice to use, however NO where do they disclose that the items they state or show are there DO NOT even function. The other complaint were the black bugs crawling on the ceilings, floors, in our bed - even had one crawl across my face and wake me the first morning! They DO disclose there is no outdoor seating yet it would be a nice touch to add SOME seating outside. Lastly the host promised to accommodate us and provide a refund and they have ghosted us and we had to involve VRBO to get resolve. Horrible"

"The cabin was charming and communication with the host was great. We had a large family gathering, 8 adults and 2 toddlers, and had a wonderful time. Plenty of space to relax, gather, play and create new memories..just what we wanted. Peaceful and comfortable. Book this place! You'll enjoy it!"

2BR/2BA Cabin + Separate Loft | Walk Next Door

"The cabin and the loft were extremely clean. The furniture was very comfortable and we quickly felt at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with basic necessities, as well as a few extras, and it was easy to make our meals. My kids liked the close proximity to Vivian Park and the Provo River so they could fish, and we all loved hanging out on the patio by the creek. The parking for 2 cars was was easy to find. The distance between the cabin and loft were fine for us (there's a small clump of trees between the cabin and house where the loft is located, so I initially didn't see the house when we first arrived). The host very quickly replied to our questions and we got it figured out within a few minutes.This was a great retreat for us and we'd love to stay again! "
