« The room was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed go a short stay! Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! Check in was easy and had everything we needed to know the day of check in »

« The location is perfect. Across the street from Barefoot Landing. There are multiple pools, beach front, easy access to the beach. The condo itself is super cute and has everything you need including a full size fridge. The host was amazing and extremely responsive. Also, the pool areas and beach are monitored so despite being a large resort, everything was well maintained and safe. »

« Perfect location on the beach and access to multiple pools (which were never overcrowded)! We loved being minutes from Barefoot Landing as well. Excellent communication with the host. We loved our stay! »

« Had a wonderful long weekend! Great location, room was clean and host was very helpful! »

« Clean room. Great stay for price point. »

« Had a great time- condo was as described in listing. Clean and comfortable! »

« attached to the beach »

« Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

« Overall, it was in a great location walkable to the beach. Beds were comfortable and owner was very responsive. There is a separation on the wall, possibly from water damage at some point but everything else was good. »

« For the price and amenities it was pretty solid. Check in was not that great. Decent room and view. »

« We had an excellent time! The unit was clean. The view was amazing. And the host was very accommodating. Really my only complaint is this particular complex does not have an elevator. So keep that in mind if you would have issues with the stairs. This was on the second floor, so it wasn’t that bad. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time. »

« Très propre. Manquait juste une poêle mais tout le reste était présent. Wi-fi très bon. Bien situé en bordure de mer. »

« The room was clean. The resort itself needs work and updated. No chairs available at the pool ever. »

« We had a great stay at this VRBO! The property was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was definitely a standout feature and was enjoyed by everyone. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was, which made for a very relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others! »

« The room could be cleaner. The host was accessible and friendly »

« We loved our stay, it was a perfect location and the accommodations worked great for our family of 6! The check in process was smooth and the host was very friendly and helpful! One suggestion for the condo itself would be to provide a couple beach chairs for guests. We were also a bit disappointed that the two pools onsite closed at 8pm in the summer, but this would be feedback for the resort. Overall, it was a great vacation and highly recommended! »
