"I’m a season ticket holder for the Predators hockey team, but I get weary of the downtown Nashville scene. This location is so peaceful, yet convenient for Uber and DoorDash. Deb is an excellent host who really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The snacks and drinks she left were delicious and the fresh flowers throughout the home were a really nice touch. The next door house is unkept and they do have many dogs which barked on and off in the night. If you have a fan or sound machine you could probably mask it. Sarah was responsive to my questions."

"This place was nice and cozy. Felt more like an apartment. However, there was a lot of dust on the walls. Whenever we went to take the couch bed out there was a lot of crumb and even a sewing pin up under the mattress."
