What impressed me most throughout my visit was the consistent positivity and kindness shown by every staff member, no matter where I was in the hotel. "The room was nice. It was like a small apartment with a kitchen and W/D (we didn't use either). Overall very comfortable. The location isn't where I would have liked it to be (kind of a less than desirable area) which was surprising to me, but not knowing the area, that was hard to tell. It was safe, but not walkable to anything."
