Off-street covered parking was a plus. The owner was always very prompt in replying to messages, both before and during our stay. Property was great location for walking to music row and close enough that walking to downtown was possible (took us about 30 minutes).Managed privately and not by company so communication was great. Owner checked in with us after check in and again half way thru the stay to make sure all was going well.Property was slightly more expensive per night than others but all the cheaper properties charge for parking. We will definitely stay in this exact unit every time we travel to Nashville so long as it’s available! I was especially pleased with the comfort of the bed. The unit is in the historic Spence Manor. The building’s history is so cool, and it was a lot of fun finding out about the building and walking down the same halls where a plethora of music legends had been. The property manager was very communicative and very prompt with answers to any questions. Check-in, check-out and parking were incredibly easy. The unit was fantastic. Very clean, nice furnishings, and everything was provided for a great stay! The building is in a safe part of town and in a great location to easily get to a variety of places in Nashville. This apartment was perfect for us. The rooms are very spacious. Check in was a breeze. Parking was no problem. Location worked well for us. We walked everywhere. Host was easily accessible if needed. The building itself and elevator are a little dated but the apartment is fantastic. It was completely updated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the provided shampoo/conditioner so much I’m ordering some for myself. Would absolutely recommend and would gladly stay again. ##### Donna M.
