Jan 12, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location, a few missing pieces... The decor and cleanliness of the room were fabulous! Location was great to shopping, dining, and the gondola! There are a few things that would have made the stay better... Parking-we left to explore the area and when we came back, no parking spot left and we had to wait for a car to leave to park. We were afraid to leave again in the car, so we did not do that again. No elevator access for lugging heavy luggage (or at least we were not informed of the elevator access). Had to carry up 3 flights of very narrow stairs. Regulating room temperature was difficult. Was set to 68 when we arrived, ended up putting it to 73/74 (a cold Jan. spell) but middle of night the room was 78 degrees. We could not get it cooled (set back to 69/70) the entire time we were there (2 nights). Thankfully there was a ceiling fan and another fan to cool off with. Bathroom door does not completely shut and there are no hooks or other places to hang coats and cold weather gear. There is a small/short closet, but not enough space for coats, hats, etc to dry, and especially if you have gear/clothing for snow activities. Code to unlock door to the room randomly would not work. We were able to get ahold of someone to get access to a key in the lockbox. ##### Amy M.
