"The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. The pool area is beautiful. We didn’t actually use it, but it was nice to see from our balcony. There were quite a few people who did use it in the afternoon, but there seemed to be room for everyone without crowding. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was good as well. "

"The price was great. The room was large and comfortable. Everything appeared newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. It was conveniently located to restaurants. The lady at the desk was friendly. Overall, a very nice experience. "

"Had a good experience until I requested a late checkout for today. My father had a HEART ATTACK and was recovering in the room and as a benefits member we can request late checkout times. I spoke to THREE different people who stated the checkout time of 2:00pm was approved and we would have no issues. It’s 11:47 and they already de-activated his key. Unorganized and sad representation of holiday inn express. I stayed 3 nights and was asked on night two if I was a food delivery service… mind you I walked in with my husband and child and our to go food which countless people do. I may have looked a little ragged since I have been day in and out taking care of my father who just had heart surgery but that just seemed so rude, we walked straight in the hotel and were heading to the elevators we didn’t look lost or like we were waiting to deliver food. Horrible experience due to staff. Do not recommend them. Completely unorganized"

"Best amenities & stay ever! Parker’s place is such a beautiful, spacious, accommodating, comfortable, and fun place for entertaining large families (like ours) or big groups, and of all ages. They have thought of everything to ensure every guest enjoys their stay. Besides all the fun things the house offers (pickleball court, dipping pool, grills, karaoke, game room, fire pits, outdoor seating, etc), the furniture and beds are modern & comfortable. The place is well stocked with cookware, spices, grill tools, fresh linens, toiletries, and has very cool decor on top of all that (& this is coming from a Longhorn!). They really thought of everything. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Our entire group would eagerly recommend it to anyone looking for, what we’d consider an all inclusive getaway."
