« Sandy at the front was 10/10 and Diego the maintenance guy is phenomenal, went out of his way to fix anything and everything. They all treated me like family and it was amazing. I’m handicapped for a while and was in hotel for quite a while, and can I just say WOW. They were so friendly, even checked on me when they knew I was unattended. I felt so safe and secure. This will be the only place in Lake Jackson I will stay at from now on. »
