« Our third time here and everything was absolutely wonderful. The deer and wild turkeys are so much fun to watch from the hot tub. The owners are extremely responsive and you can tell that they really care about their guests. Everything is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We will be back. « This was a rustic hunter's cabin with a loft and several beds. The 1 bathroom and 2 leather sofas were downstairs, so you needed to stay downstairs if you use the bathroom nightly. Trash cans outside were full, so brought one bag home with us.
Good instructions as to TV, Wifi, and heater. Gas Grill (with gas) and charcoal on back porch, however charcoal would not light without fluid even though it was supposed to be self lighting charcoal. Cornhole outside which was fun. All amenities except...

« It was if we were in our own property. Clark made it easy in all aspects of the stay. It was if we had known him for 20 years. This property is remote and has a true mountain getaway feel. There are many trails and walking areas around the home. They even made our Aussie Maya feel right at home. There are me mennonites on the route to the property with fresh baked goods. You are minutes from the Nature Preserve. Take our advice and book a weekend at this amazing secluded getaway. Wow!! »

« We stayed the weekend for a volleyball camp. The cabin was very clean, nice, had everything you could need!! The host communicated everything very well! It’s a rural setting, which we enjoyed. There is no cell service at all but the cabin has great internet and we could receive calls, texts and everything! We have a little poodle that’s part of the family and we can’t ever leave her. « Amazing cabin, we ran into some issues, HVAC went out but the host addressed it quickly installing window a/c units. Power went out due to a storm but the power company got it back on reasonably quick. King size bed it really hard, but other beds are perfect. River was beautiful with easy access for the kids. Road to the cabin is definitely rough could use a good revamp. »
