Conveniently located for walks in Cheviots or the many beautiful coastal villages.We watched lovely sunsets from the garden.As the cottage is very close to the road there was traffic noise - especially at commuter times, however this would not stop us from returning to this lovely cottage which is great value for money.Thank you to the owners."

"Shower and wifi did not work my entire 5 night stay and nobody would do anything about it. I contacted them several times asking for repairs and help but nobody ever fixed the problems. The iron was also broken and the toilet wouldn't flush consistently. There is a lovely resort/spa hotel next door, I will stay there next time. "

"Excellent quiet little cottage. Clean and comfortable. Heating great, despite it being July we needed a boost which was easy to do. 5 nights should equate to 5 dishwasher tablets not 3!! A bit stingy. No WiFi or even any phone signal made communication with elderly family difficult. (Emergency phone available on site) Overall a good experience."
