"I liked how big the rooms were but didn’t like that the outdoor pool was being remodeled and this wasn’t disclosed to us before coming. Our room was a little outdated but they are in the process of remodeling all the rooms and updating, so eventually it will be amazing."

"The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip."

"Four of us came for some retail therapy & Branson did not disappoint! We had a great time! Our checkin was quick, customer service was great! Only problem with the room, had minimal counter space in the master bathroom. Will stay here, again."

"The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. Also the door to the bedroom stuck you had to slam it to get it closed. Also from some reason during the night my husband...

"This property is centrally located to a lot of fun attractions. The pool and arcade were great hits for the grandkids."

"We enjoyed this newly renovated condo ! The beds are brand new memory foam mattresses, which are very firm. They may just need some time to get broke in."

"Where do I even begin. It was my first time in Branson and will definitely not be my last!!! Grotto brought luxury to a whole new level. We needed a private, relaxing weekend away and that was exactly what staying at Grotto was. Everything about Grotto was excellent. We are aleady looking to book our next weekend here. Book here you will not be disappointed!!!"

"Very nice property. Pools are amazing. Having two separate bedrooms was very nice. My only knock is that no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissue or paper towels were provided. I guess being a condo they don’t provide these amenities, but I would gladly pay a few dollars more a day to have them provided for the convenience of not having to purchase them myself. "

"Wonderful, very clean & well appointed room. The 2 fireplaces & very large bath were so relaxing. Fantastic bathroom & shower. A large balcony overlooking the color changing fountain. Great ambience!"
