This property does not have access to a swimming pool or hot tub.

Fall Creek Resort (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

It was overall what we were looking for. It was a little inconvenient to have to keep unlocking the door when we were loading and unloading our things. I like the idea of the door locking itself but it did it everytime the door closed.

#### Comfy but needs a good cleaning

I want to start by saying they were very nice and very quick to respond to any questions I had.. even before our stay started. But the place was so so dusty. My sons allergies were acting up. There was a pretzel in the corner of the downstairs bedroom. A twisted up water bottle under the bed. The floors seemed like they hadn't been swept so much that I ended up sweeping so my toddler wouldn't pick up stuff. The beds comfort were mediocre at best. But it was a cute place to stay and the location was perfect. The condo had provided everything we may have needed for our stay. The property details said there was a hot tub.. that is inaccurate. And should not be listed.
