« Everything was great »

« Beautiful old hotel, but could use some refreshing; not that anything was tattered looking, but definitely dated. Staff was wonderful, especially Ben. Slightly disappointed when housekeeping overlooked our room one day, after a few different requests. Also disappointed that the bar and restaurant hours were very limited at this time of the year. The location was great and the views were stunning! Overall I would recommend this hotel! »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. »

« Everything was great! This hotel is well kept, clean, staff is friendly. A nice surprise was the gift shop with the ticket counter where you can get ticket to the shows and attractions. We were even able to book our tickets for Dolly Parton’s Stampede here. Breakfast was good and the salt water pool was nice especially for the rainy day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Branson! »

« Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections. »

« We were there on a vacation. Stayed 6 nights. The staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was very good and a variety. Nice to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons, rail & washing the big garbage cans, cleaning the tables in the dining area. Host would greet you when goin the dining area. Close to a lot of shows and activities. Been there before and will stay again the next time we come to Branson. »

« Staff were great, felt safe at this hotel. New furniture package was nice. The free breakfast was really good. I liked the biscuits and gravy. Very nice pool with the bar attached to it. You can tell they take allot of pride in this hotel. We will be back. »
