The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. « 10 stars!Beautiful property! We all had a wonderful week there July 20 -27, 2025.Pat and Patrick greeted us warmly on check-in and left freshly baked cookies for us. They are wonderful hosts, attentive without inserting themselves.They offered tours of the considerable trails on the property and recommended one of the best wineries in the area. "The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
