The upstairs shower stall faucet leaked so much it was unusable. The issues we had with the tv not working and the heat being set to a low temp without access to change it were met with resistance by the host. The loft is recently updated and the layout worked perfectly for our group of 3 adults and 2 dogs. We would definitely stay here again!"

The host didn’t respond about doing my laundry after they said they would do it and told me there was a washer (there was not). There was no baking sheet or oven mitt to use with the oven. It was a terrible stay worrying about bugs getting in my stuff. "
