"The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is clean. We were able to check in early. Our room had a bad smell at first we didn’t think anything of it, thought maybe the last guest ate something smelly, and the room even though clean it would air out by the time we got back. Several hours later the smell was there and worse. The front desk was able to give us the only available room and credited us 50% of our stay. The only problem was that the AC was not working but it had high-power fans. It smelled good so we took it for the overnight stay. The shower was great with good water pressure and hot water. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was something to eat before heading out. The parking lot is well-lit. And 6 minutes to the beach. "
