Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion. We originally booked 2 nights. We arrived later in evening to this mess...

« Doug and Candy were the perfect hosts. The unit was fully stocked--there was nothing that we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and came with extra pillows which you don't find in a lot of rentals. Plenty of towels including beach towels. The outdoor space was very nice for enjoying your favorite beverage especially in the morning and early evening. The location was perfect--very close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island and LECOM Park for spring training. We highly recommend renting this...
