Where will I be?

Elm Cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet street in Moss Vale. The pretty village of Moss Vale has an abundance of cafes, boutique shops, a picturesque park, and restaurants and is just a 5 minute drive, or a 15-20 minute easy walk. Bowral is a 15 minute drive and the surrounding villages of Berrima, Burrawang, Exeter and Mittagong are all within a 15 to 20 minute drive.

Elm Cottage is perfect for couples who are visiting the Southern Highlands to attend a wedding or function, or just to enjoy exploring the area! The living space is light-filled and features a wood fireplace that guests can enjoy on those cold evenings. This property is very private and well-equipped with everything guests need for an enjoyable weekend away.

How is the property laid out?

Elm Cottage is a one bedroom cottage with a large, open plan living and dining area. The lounge area has a wood fireplace and windows that look out to the trees, making the cottage very private and peaceful. The kitchen has a fridge, a small electric stovette and hotplate. The bedroom has a double bed with electric blanket, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?

Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.

Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

There is a small verandah where guests can enjoy sitting in the fresh air.

Stay warm or keeping cool?

Elm Cottage has a wood fireplace in the lounge room, and a reverse cycle air conditioner which can heat or cool the entire cottage.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Elm Cottage provides linen and bath towels.

Parking for cars?

There is parking for one car in the covered carport.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
