"We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect comfortable space for our family to just spend time together. The state park right next door was great for outside time, and it was close enough to even venture towards St. Louis for a day. "

"Owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Told me about local places to and even remember my name when I went down to get another pillow. Room was clean and spacious. The only possible negative is you hear the trains going by but for me that was just added ambiance."

"Did not know ahead of time that hitel was undergoing renovations in rooms and in breakfast area. So we had to eat breakfast elsewhere."

"Pet-friendly was our draw to this hotel. It's an older hotel with no elevator. Room was clean and quiet atmosphere considering how many pets we saw! It served our purpose as they have a small dog park, which ours loved. Plenty to do in the area and lots of food establishments."
