« No front desk, all transactions were done remotely! If there was any issue, it would have to be done over the phone! Thankfully everything was fine, but I not a fan of getting instructions on my phone to check in! What if my phone wasn’t working or not charged since I was on the road! It was a wonderful room, but should be informed that there is no one at the hotel! »

« To begin with, we were in town for a wrestling camp. I specifically ordered a room with a jacuzzi so my child could soak in between sessions.
