"My husband and I stayed for the weekend at this lovely cottage. We stay at many VRBO properties and this is definitely one of our favorites now. The house was clean, updated and located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. We were able to prepare all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. It was truly a relaxing weekend of looking at the ocean and listening to the waves at this beach front home. We can't wait to return!"

Impeccably clean and so many amenities come included- bath towels, shampoo, soap, beach towels, beach chairs, linens, brand new milk and coffee creamer, homemade pumpkin bread- really the only thing you need is clothes and groceries for meals and you are set. A two minute walk away from a beautiful bay beach where we watched the sunset both nights. My seven year old said she had more fun here than at the Jersey shore beaches. "The property is fabulous. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is dog friendly, which made our getaway perfect with our pup. The beach was beautiful but had dead horseshoe crabs, which attracted horse flies. The house and views were perfect. I would definitely recommend. "

"Perfect home to stay in! Super clean, well stocked, and excellent location for a quiet getaway. Our two dogs really enjoyed the decks and the accommodations exceeded our expectations from past experiences. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom which was a huge bonus, and the beach supplies were awesome. The host was very accommodating and answered my questions in a timely fashion. "This was our 3rd time at Prime Hook and this location was by far the best in all aspects...number one being the view from the deck. Was surprised at the amenities we found at the house.
